Distribution of Dividend

This is to inform you that, the all concerned, the company is going to distribute dividend warrant as per approved at the 39^th Annual General Meeting held on 23^rd January 2024 as per following schedule from the Dhaka Office & Share Department of H.R. Textile Mills Limited.

Dividend of BO shareholders will be disbursed through BEFTN system within 30 (thirty) days from the date of AGM and Dividend Warrant to the Folio shareholders will be distributed from 19^th - 20^th and 22^nd February 2024 (office day and time) at the Dhaka Office of the company.

Dividend Warrants will be distributed of the company, for the year ended 30^th June 2023, on all working days from 19^th - 20^th and 22^nd February 2024, between 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., either personally or through their authorized representative. Dividend Warrant not collected by the investors within the above mentioned schedule will be mailed to their respective addresses after 22^nd February 2024 at their own risk and responsibility.

The dividend warrants uncollected by the shareholders within the above mentioned schedule will be sent through postal/courier service to their respective address at their own risk and responsibility.
